If you're having issues with any of the Pogo Games, they have added a new Report a Problem link to embedded game pages. You can find the link to the right of the tabs below the game.
When you click the link, you're taken to a System Information page that performs a compatibility scan and alerts you to potential problems with Java, Flash, operating system, browser and screen resolution.
If the compatibility scan comes back with no problems found and you're still having issues, the page recommends you file a bug at EA Answer HQ. Do not include any personally identifying information as the bug report will be public post from you on the EA web site.
If I keep having problems getting in to pogo I won't be renewing! I pay for these services and should be able to get in when I want
In Boggle Bash I have started receiving the non members page. When you pick a room it dos not come up in the form of a pop up but a full screen. This is way to large. I need my member creen back so my room comes up in the form of a pop up. This started yesterday after I left the game then went back. If I wanted a non member screen I wouldn't have joind.
why is it some players not all only some if there are only eight card and they have nine i think it must be a cheat program but they say its pogo. they cheat one game here and there is why it maybe hard to pin them
Ever since I renewed my membership world class solitaire has gone nuts. It freezes up, don't flip cards, flips cards underneath the stack. Please fix this asap. I am tired of refreshing and still having the same problems.
i pay for pogo and yet I cannot play all the games, I cant get in touch with ea sports to find out why. how do you contact them.
I cannot play some games, which I was able to play before, ie dominoes, and chess. When I try and report a problem the page shows that I do not have the latest version of Java which I have installed twice and is working fine with other Pogo games.
I had the same problem, I had down load java twice to play all the games.
I was playing Monopoly and about half way through the game it froze. I waited for 15 minutes and it never unfroze.
I pay to play Pogo also. I cannot get any of my Pogo exclusive games and I getting Irate about it. I have reloaded Java a few times and it says I don't have it.
I have played Scrabble for a long time now-and I love the game-I have had a few players say that I am banned from it saying that I cheat--How is that even possible?? I don't even know how to cheat on any game-nor would I want to. This person has said it twice now--her name is [admin edit]

pogo either doesn't load or freezes after I start a game. I notice it freezes on a certain ad. I have tried everything they said to do and nothing works. I have come to the conclusion it's pogo and they just don't want to admit it. so pogo fix your issues.
I have been trying for over a month to add more gems to my clue game.. however when i click on continue to payment it just goes right back to the start. i still have same amount of gems.
Is anyone else having or had this problem?

It's Dec 2017 and I don't even see a recent comment page for Pogo errors other than going back 4+ years. On Windows 10 you cannot move the tiles on Scrabble...they are frozen. Doesn't anyone at the company know how to fix not only this problem but other problems on the other games as well? I have no problems on other game sites...only Pogo.
Have you tried using a different web browser? Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox or Chrome?
I play Pinochle all the time and for the last 3 weeks, the scoring of meld points to begin the game is all messed up. Alot of times, it just zeros out whatever meld points are showing. I was reluctant to sign up again for Pogo because of issues with the games. Many times I cannot play the daily games because they just refuse to load. It's honestly NOT worth the money any more.

Hello, I am a long time Pogo player (Scrabble) I love the game and am grateful to EA for Pogo. This is not my 1st time reaching out to you for a specific problem that occurs everytime I play for about a month now. The game works pretty well until opponents leave the game, especially in the middle of their word. I have waited so many times & it just stays on that persons turn. I have no choice but to quit the game when this happens, thus getting rewarded no points for the games. I hope that you guys get this & that you can correct this problem soon. I know you must be Really Busy but if you can look into this when you have the time it would make my day(s)...Thank You from 64 yr. old disability shut-in.
I tried to get badge 2 times now on Claire Hart Classic, on daily games and picked all and didn't get correct or that finished it.
