I know it sounds weird but tastes great! It is a boneless chicken breast flattened, breaded, seasoned and fried. A family restaurant near my home serves it on Monday evenings as a special. The gravy is made from the chicken drippings and milk. Not a low fat meat for sure.

Now I want coffee...been lazy all day an havn't had a cup an I crushed one of my knuckles an it hurts  - Maybe I jus throw water in the mircro wave an heat sum hot chocolate...the yucky not so good way. But I'm desperate >:(
