hello Homer sorry to bother you about this but I am at a complete loss or just to dumb to understand how to make the avators and sigs. and to add them to your profile could you help me out ?

First off, you need to request them in the request thread.  By then hopefully Homer will have made a tut on how to put them in your profile.
