With the event only 3 months way and the tower still only on paper, I seriously doubt it. My former PT is there now for his 3rd Olympics in Single Scull Rowing. He says they stay as guests of the population as the housing for many is like 50% done. He blogs about it but it really seems more like a plea for donations so I am not posting the link. Besides 4 yrs ago in London, he was out on the very first qualifying lap and I had been donating like crazy.
