can't get cheats to work

I had issues back in August with none of my cheats being able to work. Joshua worked with me to get them working. But I still can't use any from the site. i only have about 12 or so, which work fine from my computer. But if i want to use a trial from the website, either here or at BH, they do not work. Only a few will. It is very frustrating. who else likes to use the free trials for challenges if you don't have all the cheats? I've already sunk $120 for 12 cheats. i should be able to use the free trials. occasionaly i do buy one here and there. I tried emailing Bh several times more about this, no help. Perhaps you used up that particular auto. You only get to use them til they expire and then you have to purchase them. Sometimes if you get a new ISP or a new computer then you can use them again cuz the cookies are different. But the best way of dealing with this rather than keep buying a new computer or changing ISPs is to buy the whole package - then those games you don't use often are still part of the package.
