We just can't believe it but some rumors never die. Many players are forwarding messages to each other and contacting our customer service email asking if the jackpot spins, instant jackpots and prize drawings are falsified.
The best way to respond to these rumors is to state the simple truth: Our contests are real (as in not fake) and are available to non-employees in the U.S. and Canada with some restrictions. Some things to keep in mind about the awarding process are:
The names listed on the Recent Winners list are those that have actually claimed their prize
At the time of claiming a prize winners can choose to have their screen name listed or their First Name and Last Initial
Some promotions or events can increase the jackpots for some winners by 2X and 3X
Some contests differ, you should check the rules and eligibility for each contest as they may vary
Guest Pass users are eligible to win the same prizes as full paying Club Pogo members during their 5 day trial
Generally people over the age of 18 in the U.S. and of the Age of Majority in Canada (excepting Quebec) are eligible for all prizes (some state and local ordinances and laws vary)
Teens from 13-17 are eligible for Teen Merchandise prizes but not cash
All contest rules and prizes are fully reviewed and approved by our legal team
