Pot pies are extremely high in saturated fats: they are frequently made with lard (the crusts). Not worth it.

I LOVE rice but I'm working on this atkins thing and keeping my carbs below 20g a day-this is day 3 and I am seeing positive results and haven't hurt anybody yet LOL tumbsup.gif But it looks like I have to give up beer but vodka has no carbs WOOHOO
