Hey everyone , love the site----but I am having real trouble getting(code changed when the auto changed) my new code for the thunderpopper auto have e-mailed badgehelp 21 times with new code and also sent proof of purchase, for 3 months now I have been trying to get the new code. I have used 3 differant e-mail addresses thinking maybe that was the problem---but still I have not received not 1 reply at either addy. Anyone else have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Odd's are if you've been trying for this long with no response there's an issue like you're spam filter's eating the responses or your email address has changed or some such thing. They don't ignore folks for no reason...
TY for your suggestion, but all my spam filters off on all 4 e-mail addresses. Plus I got the activation e-mail from this site, though 1 of those addresses. So therefore do not think it is the spam filter, but ty just the same!
I have had this same problem. This is the first time I had a problem after ordering an auto. I purchased the auto on Wednesday night. On Thursday morning when I opened the email and put the code in the registering box, the code changed. I have sent 3 emails with my proof of purchase and I have not heard anything back. I never even used the auto. What else can I do. I already went to the sent folder and sent the original message with my proof that I brought it and the code that I received. What next

TY Bob after all this and 21 e-mails later, I did receive a reply yesterday. All the wait and time to get this lovely reply-----I have not record of this transaction. Nice ahhh? I have a problem with that reply considering I have the receipt, and sent it. I also have all the e-mails with all the codes that where sent to me from Badgehelp------I have all proof of the transaction. But guess I am just screwed----because badgehelp claims that don't have the record. And a copy of my receipt to badgehelp is not proof enough---it seems. But I do ty Bob, for your time.

Bob---TY again , I reforwarded the e-mail to u, it will have "Enhancer" in the subject space (or it should have)!!!!
