I don't know if tech support is just for the auto's but apparently I have 1 message in my folder (since Friday) but when I click on it, it's not there. Anyone know what that could be or how I could clear the notification of that message?

ok. i finally have had a chance to clear out all my messeges, and it still shows a phantom messege :'( :'(. what do i need to do to get rid of it? can someone help me please? :-\
If you still have a message showing there should be a "Delete All" button on the screen. That'll do it.
