I have sent two e-mails with no response. I sent one to badgehelp and one to Oscar@pogopal.com. If these are not the right e-mails please tell me which one to send it to. I attached proof of purchase and still no response. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Got a very fast response from badgehelp. Must have done something wrong with the e-mail the first time. Badgehelp rocks and thanks to everone who helped.
Well I am not sending an attach file. I always email him with my credit info and code he always answering me back back fast. It has been no answer since thrus I know he on vacation but if he does read his mail why hasn't he answer me.
Then there must be something not going through right or something that is being forgotten...last night I purchased two programs at 10:13 p.m. and at 10:15 p.m. I received both codes.
The one thing I've noticed is that if you put any sort of message or comment in front of your codes or info, it takes a LOT longer for Oscar to get back to you. I don't know if that's the issue here, but this is something I've learned from personal experience...
Make sure that you're using a fresh message (that is no fowards or replies) and the very first thing in the message should be your auto name and code.
