??? I have a really hard time with the jigsaw auto!!
I registered it the first month it came out, had trouble from day 1, I keep waiting for updates.
It is better doing only the outside frame first, but sometimes it scews-up putting the first piece down, or putting 1 piece in the wrong pile. Then it's game over, it is in a stupid loop.
I am using XP, 2.4 mhz, I run spybot and adaware all the time, (and McAfee), beats me, is there another version coming out???
Do they know how bad it is running?
I have talked to other people whp won't register till it works even half-ok.

Make sure you turn off your antivirus stuff before running it. It appears that is causing problem with the auto. Also if you have the yahoo toolbar installed .. remove it. That has solved the problem for atleast 40 people already.

Above the chat window there should be a small button in the middle that looks like a speaker, click that.  You'll know if the sound is on when you see little waves in front of the speaker.

Are you using the latest version 4.3? Mine works with just the VM java. I don't have my sun java on. Try turning it off and rebooting to see if it helps. ;)

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better.

Operating System- Windows XP
Browser-AOL
Color- 32 Bit
Resolution- 1024x768
Edges- Don't Know How To Tell?
Java- Java 2 (VM)
Nothing It Just Flickers And Then Puts About 6 Pieces Together Then Gets Stuck Putting 1 Piece That Won't Fit There?
