I sent three emails, including specs and screenshots of my problem to Bob asking for assistance with the trial version of Hearts assistant. Even if they don't have an answer to a problem, at the very least, an acknowlegement that they received your letter would be appropriate. Apparently, they couldn't care less about proper customer service or if their product sells.

You are assuming that Bob is the only auto programmer for Badgehelp.
