I am still waiting for my codes.. yes i used right email address, yes i put in transactions, yes I am still waiting after sending in twice now, yes this has happened before when i had to restore my system, yes i have plenty of programs from badgehelp, yes i want to buy a few more, but NO i sure as hell won't buy anymore til i get the new codes for my old ones i bought on this computer. Come on now and get serious, when will you come up with a better protection method/scheme that isn't such a pain to maintain and serve your customers?

All that is asked of you is a valid proof of purchase and the codes that are needed to accommodate you, sent to the proper place with a proper e-mail address to respond to. It's not that difficult. Please do not send them as an attachment. This wouldn't have been an issue when you had to do a system restore had you written the codes down and saved them.
this process does work...i recently had to reformat my computer and am in the process of getting new codes...im sending one at a time and Oscar has been responding to me in 24 hours or less...
