I don't know what happened, but my "paid for" and trial autos don't work anymore. I have no idea of what I did or what happened. Suggestions?

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.
Here are some things that will help:
1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program
You get the idea the more information the better.

1 -XP
2 - IE and AOL (if that's possible)
3 - 16 bit
4 - 1024 x 768
5 - cant find this one
6 - Microsoft VM (used Java Sun for a while then read somewhere here to use this one and it really made a difference in game loading and haven't had any problems) but now i switched back to sun and it didn't make a difference. When i was in VM it installed every game I played on pogo in Internet Settings "view objects"
7 - I start poppit and then open thunderpopper II and it says to start poppit in my browser, but it is already started.
the only other thing i can think of right now to add to this is that I get the same response on all the trial period autos. Yes, some have expired, but the ones that I still have time on give me then same response...... start game in browser.
that's all I can think of.
everything worked yesterday and the day before, but not today.

What the heck happened? I remember changing it cause I read something here or pogo or someplace to do that............. what a dummy.
.. also on the JAVA, does it make a difference on which one I use? I know the microsoft VM works soooooooo much faster than JAVA Sun, but VM installs in my downloaded program files and crowds my "objects" file............... please excuse me because I don't know anything about this kind of stuff
......... and I think Pogo recommends Sun and I have been using it forever, but read (here I think) to use VM.

I don't go crazy over the ranks (only badges) and my daughter sneaks in on my sn and plays, so I like freaking her out when she sees I jumped ranks hahahaha (well for "us" it's hahahaha)
