Just wanted to drop a line and say my Sushi auto is now officially dead. i have deleted the copy i had and redownloaded and still the same thing.
Was doing good for a while then started to glitch up, it got me half way thru rank 34-sea Lion and dumped.
The only response i get from it now is -- connection Type 1 Please start squelchies in your browser. Any ideas??my comp does not have virtual machine and everywhere i try to download it says it is no longer available, apparently there were issues between Sun and microsoft ( no idea).
well anyway, here are some of my comps specs:
- windows xp
- Amd Athlon 3000+
-216GHz- 512 MB Ram
-1024x768 screen resolution
- color quality- Highest(32Bit)
-Hardware acceleration on Full
If u need to know anything else plz ask me, and i will try and let u know.

ok downloaded JVM, unchecked everything that had to do with Sun and checked all for JVM.Restarted computer and still the same thing happening.you can give me the bad news doc i can take it , lol. Any other ides? I will try anything ..as long as i dont have to sit and manually play this game till end lol...Thanks Homer

ok, the only thing i have done different to comp is i downloaded the newer version of java ( 5.0) and i installed service pack 2 for xp. I just restored my comp to day b4 i did that and i just tried the game and auto(sushi). Still the same results: Connection type 1 and please start squelchies in your browser.i have no idea what is wrong, the only other different thing about the screen and / or comp is the annoying sea lion on it to show rank in game. Any ideas? I have tried both IE and Firefox
and the one difference when i try firefox , the auto says connection type 2 in staed of 1
I just tested it. For some reason it is only working in easy mode. I will make BadgeHelp aware of the problem. For the time being try adjusting your difficulty level to easy.

ok ty i also just noticed a difference in the pogo screen, dont know what it means, but its different. Usually when the game is playing in the very bottom left corner of game window is usually a changing # ( for instance 64, 59, 63, etc etc 0 followed by i think it was a bps(i think it was). Anyways it is now gone and only says applet game started.. Hope that might help...Maybe pogo changed something.

Sushi working fine on hard level for me. I have a theory. You see, sushi worked flawlessly for me for a couple weeks - then it wouldn't work at all - got the "please start in your browser" message and it just sat there. This went on for 2 weeks non-stop. Then, outta the blue, it started working flawlessly again (most people, including me, have it crap out at rank 34). Now, I am up to rank 44. I suspect that POGO has different versions of the game on different servers. Some work and some don't. Keep up the great work folks.

My Sushi has been dead for nearly a month now. Does the same thing...hides behind game window and says "please start game in your browser window", etc. I've made all changes suggested to me on this forum and nothing works. Awaiting upgrade to program. :'(
WOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!! Just wanted to let Homer and Oscar know that sushi is back on its feet and running for the finish line. I had t revert to Elchie Eater and use my auto mouse to click the play again button to keep it going like sushi . Once it got off rank 34(Sea Lion) and on to 35 (Octopus) i tried Sushi and its working again. Maybe Sushi was just scared of being eaten by the SeaLion dont know but seems its only problem was that particular rank
Glad to hear it. Perhaps pogo changed something on those 2 levels. :o
