I actually know the answer to this. Pogo, Yahoo, and Popcap are all in partnership. They share hit games on each others site. Therefore, Pogo originated those games, but allows the other sites to use them. I'm guessing pogo gets some kind of profit because that's just the way pogo works, it's all about the money
