Is there anyway to change this to Military Time?
I can't seem to get it to work on mine, but maybe there's a reason... it cant be done... but how dumb is that?!
Just let me know... One of you guys have to know this one lol.
if your using XP go to control panel you'll see date, time, language and regional options
On Win2k, I entered HH:mm:ss as the time format in the Regional Options dialog in Control Panel and it worked just fine.

how do they do the :30, :15 and :45 ?
30, 15 and 45 i would assume... hours are still divided into 60 minute intervals, even on military time...
