Jigsaw Detector v6.0 now works on medium and hard difficulity level puzzles!
If you run into any problems, please try slowing the auto down.
If that solves nothing, use the "submit bug report" feature in the auto.
There is one known bug .. sometimes it takes 4-5 tries before it stacks the border properly. If that happens, let it go through it's cycles. Once it completes that puzzle, it usually goes just fine from then on.

i have yet to try it, i am waiting to next month to try it out because i finished all the cases so i will have fun next month lol thanks for the update

In that case, I don't EVEN want to know what part the urinal puzzle plays in this who done it.
anybody having this problem that the auto sloves the first pieces, but not the ones it has to take to finish the jigsaw?
Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.
Here are some things that will help:
1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program
You get the idea the more information the better.

Update your java. Your using old java and use IE as your browser.

OMG I am in awe at this latest update I am playing on hard level and finished the puzzle in 3 min and 10 seconds on hard truly amazing I always thought the jigsaw detector was quite the auto but this one blows me away O0 O0 O0 I am utterly amazed

I have had the original since it came out, and it had many bugs in it, but I just grinned and bared it!!!
But this is even better than I expected!
It did the outside in like 30 secs... not a problem, then finished the whole thing in 3 mins!!! O0

Hello. I am new to all this. The very 1st auto I tried was jigsaw. It completes the border then does nothing when it pulls down the top part.
I use XP pro - without service pck
IE
smooth thing unchecked
800x600, but switching to the 1024 didn't help either, same problem
also, when i tried to play on hard, a little window came up saying it will only play on medium.
I reduced all windows and it didn't help.
any ideas?

hi homer sorry to bother ya i think my ver of jigsaw 6.0 got messed up it went from 2.30 min a game to
about 5 min a game .can i get the link for ver 6.0 please again. i clicked on the link in this posting
but said file was not avaiable can you put link back up please 6.0 its the best version sorry for the trouble

I believe they added an OK button to the bar that shows your cases solved progress, so now you haveta sit there and manually click ok after each puzzle - but still solves puzzles great. Or, is it just me?

They fixed that problem sometime today. It now clicks the 'Ok' after each puzzle. Mine runs perfect. Good luck. :)
