Would it be possible for you to switch to sun java and see what happens?  If you don't have sun java, and or if you need to update it you can go to:
www.java.com

Let me know how it turns out.

Once you have sun java, go to Internet Explorer>tools>advanced and scroll down and make sure that sun is the only java option checked and then reboot and open the Pogo game and auto.

Try bringing up the game, open the auto, minimize the auto, click start on the game, bring the auto back up.

Go to Start, SEARCH and type in the name of the specific auto and delete the files associated with this auto and then go to www.badgehelp.com and download it again.

I too have the same problem. It keeps telling me to start game in browser and it is up and running. All my settings are as what haws been posted. I use windows xp. This is a new puter and when I load the auto the start button is a dull grey it wont let me start it. It has to be something simple yet no one yet has had an answer. The same thing happened to me with old puter and no one could help. I would like to resolve this if possible.

i have found that in IE the ms jvm works better with the autos and pogo...go to tools internet options advanced and scroll down to microsoft vm uncheck sun java right above and the only thing i have checked under micrsoft vm is the jit compiler.........close out the browser  reopen and try the autos again....

OK...First off I am no expert on this matter...lol, but sometimes the auto won't grab the game window so I close the auto and make sure the game is started, but the game has to be at the beginning and not like say you played some of the round etc...lol.  Then I restart the auto and it takes about 30-60 seconds, but the auto, depending on which ones, either will start playing for you or grab the game window and move it where it wants to and then start playing.  Like I said, it happens to me some also, so I just close the auto and start it again.  Also, if that doesn't work, I clean my temp files, cookies, and my java cashe'

that usually always works for me, I hope it works for you also.

How do you get ms jvm if you don't have?  When I do as you suggest in tools I have one choice Java (Sun) with one check box Use JRE 1.5.0.............

Thanks!
