i have recently bought aces and eights but recieved the code for spider instead,although i have twice now in the last few days emailed badge help ive recieved no reply,although i have also pasted my recipt from paypal.ive also requested new codes for games i have previously purchached ,i have been sending my new code for pinochle for more than a week now also with no reply,can anybody help?

thank you for such a quick reply,but thats how i have been doing it,with no success so far,i purchashed aces and eights more than a week ago,and have emailed my recipt twice since getting the code for spider instead and have included an explanation and the pasted copy of the payp[ay reciept,ive also requested new codes for several games in the past month and have recived just a few so i have now just stuck with asking for the new code for pinochle instead,still no responce
i have followed the directions to the letter.but i dont seem to be getting anywhere

when u brought the auto did u give them your reg code??? i"ve always got mine right away with no problems O0
When you purchase an auto, badgehelp needs the registration code found in your auto in order to provide you with the correct password.
u have to give them some time i just bought 2 autos & am waiting on the codes
