I sure hope someone can help me. I purchased tt.exe a week ago. It worked great during the trial but not since I purchased it and I can't get any response to my emails. I have XP, 32 bit color, unchecked smooth edges, tried Sun Java but that didn't make any difference. Tried changing the screen resolution size but that didn't help either. Any help to enable me to get this program to work would be most appreciated. Thank you. :)
Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.
Here are some things that will help:
1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program
You get the idea the more information the better.
I have Windows XP
IE 6
32 bit color
screen resolution 800x600 (but also tried with 1024x768)
smooth edges unchecked
Java VM (tried Sun and it made no difference)
I first brought up a turbo game then brought up the tt.exe and it shows 52 for the number of cards but just sits there and does nothing. There is no start button.
Thank you.
Try hitting the pause/continue option a few times.
I just tried your suggestion Homer....I clicked "pause" and the 52 changed to "paused" but when I clicked "continue" it remains paused. I clicked several times paused, continue, paused, continue....it still shows as paused.
Try deleting it and download it again from BadgeHelp
Deleted and reinstalled...still no luck.
Try deleting your pogo game files by going to:
Tools>Internet Options>Settings>View Objects>Delete the Turbo21 game files>Close window>Click ok>click ok>Restart game in browser>Start Auto
I've now done all that and there is no change.
I don't know what else to tall you. It should work. The only other thing I can think of is doing a windows update but I don't think that's the issue.
It works fine for me on
XP
IE
32 bit
1024x768
smooth edges unchecked
VM
Okay...thanks for all your help Homer. I really appreciate it. I'll keep trying.
Your welcome. :)
