I bought the Pinochle Player and the Pinochle counter and didn't ever get a code for the pinochle counter. I have emailed the badgehelp person at least 5 times and no response. I bought these months ago and I am highly irritated that no one will respond to my email >:(
You could always PM one of them on here in addition to your e-mails if you are not getting a response. Take into consideration the work they are putting into the autos and the volume of e-mails, bug reports, payments, questions, etc. they get daily...it can be hard to catch up on (not that I know about this situation here first hand).
Honestly, I've not had a problem yet with any of them here. There are far worse things in life to get in a tizzy over than a code. Have a drink on me ---> cI_I
There is no "them" Codes come from Badgehelp. Pm-ing others is one of the reasons why people get hung up. Go to the right source and give the correct information and this is the key to getting your code. Use this link please:

I understand fully. Could you please just give it another shot with that link I gave you? Make sure that you are using the e-mail address that you used originally and make sure that you don't send this as an e-mail with an attachment. The link gives detailed instructions.
