::) Oh boy, here's another question. (But first the lead-in) Lately my puter is running slow and I seem to have to re-start often..... somehow I think re-starting will help... haha... it usually doesn't. Anyway, as it's shutting down, I get this window saying some program is going to close, but it doesn't stay long enough for me to write down what it is............. it starts wil SHELL and the word HIDDEN is in it. So I did a search of HIDDEN and came up with 120 files that are GIFs all named
HiddenCHAT.................. applet/images/chat........... or
HiddenChatt................... applet/images/and in this section is a pogo game name cribbage, backgammon etc..... one of pogo's games.
(now the question)
what is this? can I delete it?......
should I not be asking this question here? If not, just delete this topic

I suggest doing the following:
You can do a free virus scan at:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/
You can do a free spyware scan at:
http://www.webroot.com/services/spyaudit_03.htm
I have McAfee and it does this on a regular basis........ are the ones you gave better? I ask because the last time I ran a scan it took 2 hours....... that's 2 hours of "not" playing pogo LOL
hidden chat is part of java files within all pogo games..hope this helps

In my opinion....McAfee sucks. I would probably recommend most programs over it.
The links I gave you are better. They come highly recommended by PC Magazine. ;)
OK TY very much. O0
Still............. can I delete them?
