I have had intermittent problems with my TriPeaks Mobile since I first got it. Program shutting down during a level. Server connection issues "21 ACK", and program crashing with a bit of code being displayed at the top of the screen then the program shutting down (except once when I had to take out the battery to get it to reboot).
I have read that others are having the same problem so I wanted to relay this info out to you. I finally had enough and emailed Verizon telling them about my problems and asking for help. They promised to relay my info back to the developers so they could work on it, but more importantly, they told me they'd refund my purchase price once I deleted the program. Now I don't intend to take them up on that offer because I like the badges too much but I was impressed with the offer and wanted to share it. If you're having problems and are ready to give up the badges, you may want to email them yourself.
As for me, I'll be sending a follow-up email out to them and just ask them to let me know when/if the glitches have been fixed so I can download the update :)
Yeah I like the badges way too much too, so I won't return it either.
