cant get the auto to work where can i get some instructions to make it work?

i purchased the auto but it doesn't work.when i start the program the auto has a place that appears to type something which is blank.the what appears to be card slots are blank.next move is highlited and start stop and exit.i hit next move and start nothing happens in any spaces altho under the card slots the board appears to be trying to show through as movement.can someone help me please??/i have registered the auto thanks h99 ultra
