Even the good folks at Badgehelp need to sleep sometimes....

1-what address did you send your codes to?
2-what time did you send them?

It was better than that, a power outage. Although I have complete backups and can run with no power, I decided to relax on Sat. morning.

Geez Oscar, I thought monitoring this site 24/7 was your relaxation! >:D. Kind of makes you wonder what would happen if you took the whole week-end off, doesn't it? ::)

MEOW!  HISS HISS!

Homer and/or Oscar, please feel free to tell me to stay out of this one but....

Please try to send your registration codes to replacecode@aol.com

There is obviously some kind of issue (like lack of electricity) because Oscar is the fastest email responder ever...on most days.  Please be patient.

If you're on AOL, also try checking your recently deleted mail folder.  I have AOL too with the spam filter turned off, but AOL in its infinite wisdom (cough cough) will sometimes delete things anyway.  Wouldn't surprise me if your code is in there.

Your gonna have to request a new password. Leave the auto open and follow the instructions at the link below.

http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.htm

When you email them give them a brief explanation that your registration code keeps changing and that you need a new password. Do not close the auto until you receive your new password. Once you get the new password enter it and the program should work.
