If I'm suspose to get a badge, but didnt who do I email?
First of all.. which badge is it that you were supposed to get, was it a challenge badge or a game award badge?
It was a game award badge he was supposed to get. We were playing Texas Hold Em and they didn't give him the Royal Flush badge but gave it to me.
Did you have the actual royal flush in your hand, or are you saying that he had it in his hand but they gave the badge to you instead of him?
Was the royal a natural one, using no jokers at all?

No, they were two seperate hands. We were playing and I had gotten a straight flush using no jokers, and it was 10 high. The badge popped up.
Then about 10 minutes later during another hand he got a straight flush and I believe it was K high. He didn't get the badge.
Well.. in both cases you stated, neither one of you should have gotten the badge. The badge has to be for the natural Royal Flush, which is 10, J, Q, K, Ace of the same suit, with no jokers. A 10 high straight flush or King high straight flush do not count towards any badge on that game. Only what I stated, plus a natural 4 aces badge, getting all 4 aces with no jokers.
Yes, I know what it was supposed to be, but I am not sure why that happened. Anyway I am not complaining to Pogo. LOL ;)
Well, you did state earlier that Cody was supposed to get the badge as well, when he wasn't. It was you that got one when you shouldn't have, not him not getting one when he should have.
Are you sure that it was the Natural Royal Flush badge that popped up? And was that the only one that you got during the night? Maybe if you had one earlier (would be some kind of luck if you had) the badge was just delayed in coming up to you. Or did you by chance select a personal challenge in Texas Hold'em and have that badge come up instead?
It would just seem real odd for Pogo to give out a difficult badge by accident like that.. and I can't imagine them doing it on purpose, considering how they like things to not be easy for us.. like limiting tokens in games. They can't even give us the rightful amount of tokens at times, and yet give badges when they weren't earned in the correct manner? I wouldn't mind being the recipient of such luck.
Well I guess we figured that since I got it he was supposed to get it too. That was my first time actually playing the game, and if you check my stats it says highest hand was a Straight Flush-10 High so I guess they really did screw up.
I don't like the game so I don't play it, but was just giving it a try with Cody. I guess I just got lucky. :P
