Title: Problems with this change over of stellar

Guys , i need some help here, went to use space vaccum today , an y'all have discontinued it, , so i deleted an downloaded the new version, an got the trail offer , thought i could, just put in the old code when it ran out,,nope.. homer sent over the link but when i click on it i get a mail client error, so i can't go that route i have tried everything on my end to get this Download >:(, an i also read that u need the receipt from the e-mail , i don't have it deleted after i found program working great,did not know i would need that again for i thought that once i paid for it , it was mine to keep, don't know there would be changes like this , so how are we gonna get this straightened out? thanx

The link I gave you was not an email addy. It was the link to Badgehelp's instructions on how to receive your new code. Your receipt is in your paypal history.

Click the history tab in your paypal account.

I had to get the updated auto earlier this evening also, knowing it was badge day I figured I'd get it back tomorrow probably.  Dang if I didn't have it in about 10-15 min.  Always make sure you send him the right info that is needed & you will get the codes back as soon as he gets to it.  Thank you Oscar!!!   :D  :D

When you go to badgehelp, there is a link for re-registerng you programs,   Full instructions on what to do.
Don't forget to add the code for the new program.  I put the program name in the subject line.
Then I can save the email for future use.  I don't like searching paypal for the receipts.

dont feel bad TJ I have never set up a pay pal account eityher and the only thing I keep getting told in here to day is go to my pay pal history and I dont think I have one ,AI wonder if we can use our bank statment on  this it has a transaction # on it when we purchased it\

You need to provide some kind of proof that you paid for it. The first thing you need to figure out is if you didn't use paypal what method did you use to pay for it. Once you have determined that you will need to email the proof to BadgeHelp according to the instructions on their website.

Yes ..thats how I paid for my 1st couple autos & had to get new codes when I reformatted.  I sent them the transaction #, date, & who it was paid too....got the new codes pronto.   Good luck!
