While i was upgrade my PC to Windows XP and i did downloading all the game and i has already code for them but the game "codes" are different from my previous old program, do i have to pay again for code?

That is the correct address. You need to attach your receipt with your email. You can copy and paste, do a file attachment...however you like.
just wanted to tell everyone what i do. I always safe the receipt and the codes all of it to my pc. That way if I need it for whatever reason its all there at hand. Just a suggestion to keep track of your computer paperwork. I have so much fubar in my life right now I make sure I have everything safed and written down that I need. fubar is Fcked up beyond recognition and I am gonna quote myself no I have not lost it yet but I cant spell and to lazy to check it. I am really not that dumb lol
Fubar in my case refers to the fact I my husband passed away one month today and life is not the same, and he had his own filing system that only he knew and owned corporations I didn;t know about and well when I say Fubar it means what it stands for. Further I have had to hire not one but 2 different law firms to deal with all this mess. Add into the mess we owned a franchise business and he had a partner I hated and didnt trust and I am hiring an investigator and also lets not forget the independant CPA firm I had to have to read and translate all the tax paperwork and corporate crappola. Add the fact I have to pay to have this huge audit done. Oh and lets not forget last but not least when this is all over, I figure I was taken care of and that my costs for all this will be a fortune. I love him but if he were here right this moment speaking about this in a forum to strangers I think I would hurt him. LOL Oh well such is life. Further FUBAR is the fact our 7 year old son is devastated and wont let me out of his site and when I want to sleep I am constantly being awakened to make sure I will wake up. We found his father in bed asleep but he wasn't just asleep but in a deep coma so FUBAR Fubar Fubar for a lack of a better word and I dont like to curse Getty I should write a soap opera as the tales continue in life as it should be and isn't now thats reality tv baby

I lost everything and tried to get my codes for World Calss. I sent three e mails. The date of purchase, my last four digits of the card I made the purchase with, and other info. I NEVER got a reply. I even checked to see if the mail I sent had been read. IT HAD. I guess they just want their money. I was so dissapointed. I really loved that program..Oh well. :-\
You need to send your receipt aka proof of purchase. If you paid with paypal it is in your history. ;)
I also lost my codes after a reformat. How long does it normally take for them to get back to you after you send them your reg info? It's been a few days and havent heard anything.

I did send the receipts to them with the reg codes. I sent then directly to Badgehelp@aol.com. I copied the receipts right off my history form paypal.

If you pay via paypal try that address they were always prompt when I used it. I don't remember it off hand, but it worked the best for me.
The AOL one might be busy I know my AOL mail stays full of junk mail even with the filters.

What are you using for proof of purchase? If you retrieved the proof of purchase from paypal's transaction history, make sure you include the entire Details page.
It is possible your email is being filtered at Oscar's end especially if it has attachments. If your email doesn't seem to be getting through, send the proof of purchase and your request again and CC Bob@BadgeHelp.com
Finally, check your spam filters to make sure your ISP is not filtering out our responses. If you use a "white-list", make sure you add BadgeHelp@aol.com to your allowed senders list.

the easiest way to keep track of codes is to make a spreadsheet and have three columns- game- auto- code- enter the info and print it- and keep in a safe place- i just finished mine- W
That is an excellent idea; however, it won't help if you have to reformat your computer or if you have to replace the computer. In that case, you will need your proof of purchase.
I suggest you keep copies of the proof of purchase in a couple permanent locations so that you can easily forward them when necessary.
bob-- i am correct in thinking that the computer code does not change- because i have had to reformat many times and the have the same comp codes- and they have the same reg codes- W

Even though this seems to hold true it is still best to have your receipts stored in a few places as Bob suggests.
Homer's suggestions are as follows:
1. Use Paypal (Your Transaction History is always there.)
2. Many email providers have a receipts folder or allows you to create a folder. (If you keep your emails in the folder they will always be there even if you have to format)
3. Keep a hard copy receipt of your Paypal Transaction and/or email receipt in a safe place. That way if your computer crashes you can always scan the hard copy and email your receipt.

You have been lucky. The reg. codes normally change after a reformat and will then require new passwords. And of course, if your computer fails completely and you need to replace it, you will definitely need a new password.
yahooooooo i finally knew something right LOL wht else you can do is burn the autos to a CD or a second HD in the comp other than ur c and or D drive- i have a 80 G personal drive and i keep copies reg on there- and run copies off my C drive- when i did my last reformat- i just copied them over to my c drive - and used my print out of my codes to restore them- makes it so much easier to keep all the key codes and serials in one place for all my reg programs- then i dont have to search thru paypal for my transactions- its all on one piece of paper- and i know where it is- Wen >:D

It does not hurt to keep backups in case our site is down but the really critical thing to keep is the proper proof of purchase.
If you are saving the proof of purchase from the paypal transaction history, make sure you save the details page and not just the search results or a receipt number. Oscar needs the details page to verify the purchase.
I submitted proof of purchase, included all registration information. No response. waitied a week, sent again. waited another week. Third week, Bob was cool and explained who I needed to contact, but then.. I followed every rule, completely checked spelling etc.. was nice and got this response!
We have had to adopt a new rule for all 99,119 and 125 customers.
Everytime you restore your computer or buy a new one...we ask you to send us your codes as you use them and they expire.
I can't issue 32 new passwords every other day because certain customers have lots of computer problems.
I don't have the manpower or time to do these...

Second, is it volunteers you need to help you catch up on those troublesome cases that need codes? I am sure there are more like myself included that would be more than willing to assist in the process! (no, I am not looking for anything free or to be paid) I just think of it this way. Most of us bought programs some time ago. (speaking of my group of friends) To catch up on the latest releases it would still cost quite a pretty penny. Having quick support would be a great incentive to purchase more. I have been hesitant for this very reason, and I am sure I can't be alone. With the holiday season coming, there are sure to be quite a few people who will be upgrading their computers and operating systems, and in need of support. This way with added help you would be able to focus your attention on new customers! O0

You can do it either way, you can wait for it to time out or get them all at once. Most people choose to get them as they time out instead of downloading 40 codes
I would put my company up against any other online company in speed of response. Most online businesses take a MINIMUM of 24 hours to respond. If it is a valid email, I respond within 8 hours.
I realize that most of my customers are not used to online purchasing or customer service, but this is just industry standard.

Upgrades are always free. We do not charge any extra for upgrades, and we never have. Generally, you can simply download the latest version at any time. There is a chance with some upgrades that you will have to re-enter the password sent to you when you purchased the auto so it is a good idea to keep your passwords handy. In fact, we encourage our customers to keep up-to-date with the software and to check for updates first before sending problem reports.
Oscar's request is only a matter of efficiency. If you are a package deal customer and you have frequent problems due to virus infections or to older hardware etc, it wastes your time to run 30 programs to get the registration codes and it wastes Oscar's time looking up those 30 passwords if you might never use 25 of the passwords before you request them again.
Since you can request the passwords at any time, Oscar is only asking that you wait until you are going to use a password before you request it. You do not have to wait until the shareware is fully expired.
After reformatting your hard-drive, it is perfectly okay to say: "I am using A to get tokens and B to get my rank badges, C & D are the challenges this week and E is for my personal challenge" and request A,B,C,D, and E. You only need to run those five to look up the reg. codes and Oscar only needs to look up 5 passwords.
On Monday or Tuesday or on some day when you have time, you can say: "F & G are the upcoming challenges this week and I am going to do H for my personal challenge" and request those three in plenty of time to use them.
If it turns out you have to reformat again after that, you and Oscar have only spent the time getting 8 passwords and not the time getting 30 passwords.
Even if you forget to request a password ahead of time, you still have the shareware to use while waiting for the password.

I have bought a lot of programs from BadgeHelp and I now save my payment confirmation from PayPal and also the letter from Oscar to floppy disks as well as CD just so I won't come up empty handed if my system should ever crash or I upgrade in the future. Takes very little time and space and I don't worry about then.
I do want to add and I know it's probably not the right forum, but I've read posts from some who complain that it takes forever to get passwords back once they've paid. I've had excellant service from Oscar and just got the RoomRover saturday morning and am very pleased with the performance!

There are a number of reasons why responses do get delayed. I don't know whether it has settled down again, but paypal was having some serious difficulties awhile back.
And we get a surprising number of orders with errors in the email address. As strange as it sounds, if someone's email address is SweetAsPie314159@someisp.net and they tell us to send the password to SweetAsPie@someisp.net or SweetAsPie314159@someisp.com, they don't get the password very quickly (or at all until they contact us to straighten things out).
To some extent, we are also at fault for creating a false expectation. While it is true that a lot of people get passwords within 5 minutes, a lot of people have to wait for Oscar to get back from running errands or from sleeping at night. I keep meaning to adjust that text in my products, but I never think of it before the release goes out.
what i have done- is made a form like this-
GAME--- AUTO---- CODE
mj------ mo matic------ XXXXXXXX
and done that for all my games- registerd each one- and printed the from out- for all 30 or so that i do use- and when i have to reformat- its so much easier- than emailing for a bunch of passwords- they are all in one spot- PLUS i put registered copies of the autos on my D drive which is MY personal hard drive and my system restore is my E: drive- and with my drive being D: nothing ever gets deleted- unless i personally do- can save a ton of emial and headaches- Wen

That may work for you because for some strange reason you keep getting the same reg. codes after reformatting. That is not true though for most of our customers when they reformat. While it is always good to keep the passwords handy, it is important to hang on to the proofs of purchase too.

Any payment history can be traced. If you used Paypal, then go to your account. I am not sure if Badgehelp takes direct credit card payments or not. If they do, that is traceable on your part. If you write a check, it can be traced. Unless you paid them with a super duper hug and a coupon for a free Subway sandwhich, it can be traced on your part. Just explain how you paid them and you can be helped as to how to find these payment records. I'll be more than happy to show you how to obtain this information.

We Must go to the same Wal Mart, our greeter scares me and my kids. He looks nasty unshaven, he hasn't had a bath in years he smells like and old wino. Stumbling around and mumbling to himself.

How much patience are we suppose to have? I lost my games /codes due to new putter purchase. I started e-mailing Oscar 3 days before his vacation post. :-[ After reading some of the suggestions I went in and copied my reciept from paypal as proof of purchase and that was 3 days ago. I have yet to recieve 1 e-mail on this matter. So we are into 2 weeks of nothing. So again I ask how long are we suppose to wait to get what we paid for? :o

[I too have had expreience of this , i have had to do my machine 3 times now ,once when i upgradedmy comp, and the second when my daughter tried to download music and turned my antivirus off.

Yes, in fact, you can all be wrong. I receive no more than 1 complaint for every 100 pieces of email I receive or send. If you sent me this mythical email about Flinkin Pharoah, you must have sent it from or to a different address, because I never received any such email from the address on your profile.
Out of the email I send in response to emails I receive, I daily get at least a half-dozen "Mail delivery failed" errors because people have invalid return email addresses.
And on top of everything, a handful of malcontents who actually lie about the facts account for a significant number of the complaints you do see.
What is going on with the codes from Badgehelp? I have purchased every single auto and been using them for ages. Some as new as last week. Even used them today. Now all of a sudden, it says that my Trial has expired on each game I use the helper on and has different codes than I used to register them originally. What could have happened? I did get upgrades today on some of the helpers at the Badgehelp site. I did load the new backgammon helper, still havent used it yet though.
I do not understand and am afraid to keep trying helpers because I am afraid the codes I originally registered with are all gone. What in the world is going on? Did pogo get wise and come up with a "fix" to stop us? Could it be because WIndows told me today that it had updates for the computer and did I want to download the updates and I told it yes? But that was this morning and my helper I set up after that ran all day long. Namely Spider.

Do not be alarmed. It could have been the Windows update. Or if you recently did a System Restore or reformatted your hard-drive that could have erased the registration information too.
By the sounds of it though, it was not a reformat, so you can probably just re-enter the passwords that were sent to you when you purchased the autos. If you no longer have those, send your proofs of purchase and your current registration codes to BadgeHelp@aol.com, and Oscar will reply with the necessary passwords.
Make sure you send the entire proof of purchase. For instance, if you retrieve the proof of purchase from paypal's transaction history, make sure you send the entire Details page and not the search page or only part of the Details page.

I accept entirely what you say regarding e-mails some do go astray,but i would hope that you would at least try to accept that some of us do send e-mails to you and that some of us do not get replies.
My e-mail address is perfectly valid i have numerous e-mails from Oscar to prove this,i am neither a liar or a malcontent i do not go into this lightly all e-mails i have said i have sent you i have copies off and would be more than willing to send them to you.

If the passwords sent to you no longer work, that suggests you had to reformat your computer at some point. You need to send your complete proofs of purchase and the new registration codes to BadgeHelp@aol.com with a short explanation that you reformatted your computer.
If you believe your emails are not getting through to Oscar, feel free to CC Bob@BadgeHelp.com or to forward the proof of purchase emails to Bob@BadgeHelp.com, and I will look into why they are not getting through. Make sure you CC or forward the original emails with the proofs of purchase.
If you paid using paypal, the paypal confirmation email or the Details page counts as proper proof of purchase. Login to paypal using the email address you used when you paid. Click History and search a date range that will include the proof of purchase.

Ok, i had purchased 2 programs and my hard rive crashed a couple weeks after. I sent repeated emails,new codes, the works and never got a response at all. I sent emails to Bob and OscarJones. My sister had the same problem and she never recieved and answer on the program she lost the key to. I am going to follow the instruction and send my PAYPAL proof of purchase and my new codes and see if i get a response. BTW the programs are CS and NN2 and i did respond to the thank you for the support email i got that also stated to respond with any problems. I do believe losing my codes were a problem guys.

There really is no need to burn your autos to cd. The only thing you really need is your proof of purchase and that will always be in your paypal history. If you get a new pc you will need to submit your new codes. The registration codes will be different.

No need to burn the .exe file to a CD. You can download the .exe file directly from BadgeHelp.com again. All you need is the proof of payment to have the password re-issued.

i include my autos in my backup cd that is made at least monthly sometimes more....and they work fine when reinstalled.......as i had to do recently when i decided to clean house on the pc..........autos work fine...........as far as giving them to someone else.......i have a moral value system that would not allow me to do that.......and if someone does do it will come back to bite them in the (_l_) someday O0

The 'buy-them-all' customers are known by their email addresses. Otherwise, you need to include the Details page or your confirmation email when you request new passwords.

I've recieved no response to my emails either, after following the instructions on the lost page, so I know not all of these people aren't lying. I'm not sure what the problem is. But I'm getting a new computer soon anyways, so I figure I'll wait till then to try and resolve the issue again.

Well - all I can say is thanks to Oscar... I had a computer crash last night and lost the registration for both ThunderpopperII and BonusCheck. I went there followed the instructions and, in less than 10 minutes, he replied with the new password Codes for both Autos...

I too, lost all my codes over the weekend due to a major computer crash. I did email badgehelp, and to date, have received all of them except reaper (harvest Mania)
I keep sending all the receipts from paypal like they say and they will not answer my emails. All of the previous ones came from Oscar Jones...whom I think is on this forum, so maybe he can answer my question as to why he isn't sending me a new code for Reaper after I have provided him with all the information that was requested. All you need to do is copy and paste the details page from paypal. This is very easy to do if you follow the instructions from badgehelp. If you can not provide the information there is not much you can do.

I just have to make a comment here, This afternoon at 3:03pm CST I sent in a request for a new code so I can register jigsaw on my other computer, 10 minutes later at 3:13pm CST I received my registration code. I have never had a problem with anything taking more than 15 min. If you copy and paste directly from paypal and include all the information that is requested, I am sure you will receive your code within hours if not minutes.

How did you pay for the codes? if you paid thru paypal get you recipt and email it, if you paid by check do the same. if you buy the package, in the future when you buy one you always get one free, you have already spent 40.00 that is almost half way there. dont knw what to tell ya, i have never had a problem unless i ask for a code late afternoon, it may the the next day befor i get it, but hey, they have to sleep too. :D

I am having a problem now, I registered a program Mahjong many months ago, got the code, worked perfect, loved it, used it for about a week, then got caught up with other "helpers" (dauber- Acesup -etc etc, Canasta and now Lottso, running all those, I am almost done all the levels, when I went back to try the Mahjong to start using it, no-good, the code doesn't work, I also switched from Windows ME to XP during this time, but only two autos bought when running "ME" the Dauber and Mahjong, all others where with XP.
First two with Credit card, all the rest with PayPal.
I am frustrated, because how can I prove my purchase with the credit card???
I formatted to put XP on, so I don't have an "email", I have the printout only showing the new codes for dauber and mahjong, (the original) but not the reciept number.

Please make sure you are following the directions exactly at : http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.htm
You need to log into paypal and go to "history". Find your receipt(s) and click on the link. From there, copy and paste the entire receipt (not just part of it) and send it to badgehelp@aol.com. DO NOT send anything as a attachment. Emails with attachments gets auto deleted. Paste the receipt(s) in the email itself.
Also make sure you specify what game(s) it is for.

Just wanted to let you know that I, too, formatted my computer lately. WEnt into a panic cuase all my "paid for" cheats were gone! So I downloaded them again..wrote to Oscar..gave him a real hard time with all my whining! But, he was gracious enough to send me info..and when I FINALLY followed his instructions.. I had my codes back in less than 5 minutes!!
Alot of the problems occur when we, as users, do NOT read.. let alone follow the instructions! If and when we do, things are soo much easier! :)

I had re-download all of the things that I purchased. I sent the papal receipts a long with the new code from the new downloads on 9/1. I have not received them. When I bought them I received the registration numbers within hours. I sent them to badgehelp@aol.com. However on my paypal receipts it says heypogopal@yahoo.com. Can someone tell me which is the correct email address to send these to?

for those of you that have lost your codes here is what i do:
whenever oscar sends me a code i save the email, i use hotmail so no need in saving to my computer, if my puter crashes or whatever, once its back up all i have to do is login in on msn and bam everything is there, you can create a folder in hotmail and name it autos or something you know all your codes will be there. if you use outlook you will have to save to harddrive then to a floppy disk or straight to floppy or cd or whatever media you use.

Homer I have done exactly as it stated. I have also sent other emails and all have remained unanswered.
I used the exact email address on Pay Pal. I did everything it said to do. Copied and pasted the pay pay receipts etc. I did save the codes. Hoever when I downloaded them again the numbers were different and it would not accept my codes emailed to me when I purchased them. I still have heard nothing back. I even uninstalled them again and tried my codes, no luck. So now the new downloads are different than the ones that I sent . Back to square one. This is beyond ridiculous. I see that others have had the same problem. Glad I used a credit card with Pay Pal. :(
I've purchased about ALL the autos on this site since the past year or two (one or two at a time cause I always think : "naaaaa no need to buy them all now" lol), I've ALWAYS received my codes about 5 to 10 minutes after exept ONE time when it took Oscar a good 30 minutes !! (grgrgrg lol), I also have reinstalled my computer and asked for the codes again (as the licence number changed) and then AGAIN I received them ALL in no time ... I lost my PayPal receipts and the only thing I could send was some italian crapy eMail from PayPal that Oscar couldn't even translate but STILL he worked it out for me and got right back to me in NO TIME ...
MORAL OF THE STORY : I could easely describe myself as a real "pain in the butt customer" BUT I've never had to complain and ALWAYS received GREAT services in NO time ... So my point is : If you don't get the same treatment then YOU must be doing something wrong somehow ... Go back to the help section and try to follow it step by step (maybe you are just missing a liiiittle detail) and I'm sure it will work for you too.
NB : to add to that, I'm not from the US and therefore my days are your nights, but still no matter what time I send the eMails I still get the same prompt answer ... Do these guys ever sleep ? lol

Oh please. I am no dummy. I sent them to him twice. I copied and pasted the PayPal receipts as well as the first code and registration number he sent and the new code after I re-downloaded them onto my other computer. I originally put them on my work comouter and they said no way, no shareware. So I had to delete them and put them on my personal laptop. Maybe you got lucky and got a response but I saw on another topic mosted where several others were not so lucky. Maybe they did not send the correct info. I did. I sent it twice and did EXACTLY what it said to do.
When you copy and paste maybe it creates an "attachment" (happened to me) ... and as it is specified that they won't open any eMail with attachments that's maybe why you didn't get your answer yet ;)
The ONLY time my answer was delayed and I had to resend an eMail was when I copy and pasted and it created an attachment (figured it out after). Check the eMail you sent, if that's not the problem sorry I couldn't help.
No attachement . It was a copy and paste and right after I wrote that he responded and sent me the new codes. Life is good! LOL Maybe he went away for the Labor Day weekend. He is entitled to a hoilday. ;D

howdy folks i emailed to get my codes for 3 programs well i got the codes but when i formatted my hd with fresh install of windows xp , 2 of the 3 programs codes still worked & they run great but the other program changed codes on me & ive found out that all the programs made by joshua change codes everytime i format or restore my comp back , im a person who formats every other week ... would it be possible to have it hardware coded where your code wont change if its still on the same motherboard ? anywho thx

Don't give up just yet. There may be some other ideas that are forthcoming but a lot of us are at work now and can't check out settings and the like. When I get home I'll see what I have for settings and get back in touch with you.
Try removing the program and then download it again.
If you registered the program the new one will also be registered.
Also have screen resolution 32 bit
and settings at 1024/768
Sorry, I think there are a couple threads going but there are two other things you may want to try. Try starting the auto first, then opening the game (this worked for me) or if not, open the game first, then open the auto.
Another option would be to try sun java. Most of my autos work with MS, but on my laptop (and on a couple programs on my desktop) I need to use Sun. I have IE set up with MSVM and use Firefox with Sun. I don't know if the different browsers do anything but it sometimes works.

Darrells, don't send me the copy of the password you received. I don't accept that as a receipt. Anybody could give anyone a copy of a password email. What I need is to see your original receipt that you received from paypal. You can either get that from your email or if you don't have the email you can go right into paypal and get it yourself.

Did you go to the badgehelp.com website and follow the "lost code" portion to the letter. He should get back with you if you give all the pertinet information Oscar is usually great about doing that- you just have to make sure you are emailing it to the proper email and with all your receipts. Please go if you haven't already to that website and look for the section that talks about lost codes and go from there. Hope this help. Good luck to you hon.

I followed the instructions for receiving new codes for my old purchases and have asked repeatedly for the new codes and have been ignored. Are they on vacation? If there was a problem, wouldn't they at least send me an email as a courtesy?
I don't know what to tell you. I've always gotten quick responses to requests for codes, and for answers to questions. If you did everything correctly you should have a response quickly. When you purchase an auto, the initial response says you can expect a reply anywhere from 15 minutes to 12 hours. I try not to reply to an email, or forward an email because sometimes those show up as attachments and normally get dumped. Starting with a fresh email works best. Then put in the program and your code, followed by a brief reason for the request (if needed), then with the cut/pasted copy of your proof of purchase.
I've only had one time where it took more than an hour and normally it is under 10 minutes. Time of day/day of the week normally doesn't seem to matter as I always get help. The only time it took several days was when I replied to a message. At the end of that time, I composed a fresh email with my request and got a response almost immediately.
Hope things work out, but if you're still waiting on a response and it's been over a day or so, maybe try it this way and see what happens.

Is anyone else having problems with "registered" programs all of a sudden expiring? In the past 2 years I have reformatted twice, and badgehelp quickly replaced codes. I have made no changes to my computer at all. I have sent 6 emails to badgehelp within the past week and they are deleted within minutes unopened. I copied and pasted receipts as per instructions (not that it matters if the email never gets opened (nothing is attached). This has also occured on my laptop, where around 50% of the paid programs no longer work.

Misty, I think the site says from 15 minutes to 12 hours. Normally it is much quicker, just make sure you follow all of the directions (include proof of payment, etc) with your request. You'll probably get a quicker response if you one ask for 1 or 2 at a time. I bought the entire package and still haven't asked for all of them yet cause I only send in requests as I need them for the games, and rarely wait long enough for my coffee to cool down :)

I too recently got a new computer and had to format my computer. I mailed in my request codes for 2 games but no response yet. Should I send it again or just wait? It was like 2 days or so ago. I have been playing poppit level 3 regular and doing not bad lol, but the thunderpopperII works so great. ;)

You have not even waited 20 minutes since your last post when you said you had resubmitted and were going to leave the auto open until you got a response. Homer, Oscar, etc... are all offline right now (probably sleeping) If you are anxious about leaving the program open perhaps you should resubmit when you see that the badgehelp guru's are on line. Sometimes replacement codes can take up to 2 days. I have gotten them anywhere from 3 minutes to 12 hours. I do not want to sound mean but they do have personnal lives & are not always on here. if you do not get the code within 2 days just email them the info again. But make sure you are using replacecode@aol.com for the email address, put need new code in the subject line & copy and paste your receipt from paypal. Do not attach anything to email because they will delete it. Hope this helps >:D O0

Hi, I still have not got replacement codes and have been trying since Steller Sweeper changed. I have moved but my email remains the same. If you give me an email to send it to you, I will forward all the emails I have sent since I started. I am travelling til Thanksgiving but will do it that weekend. I really like the programs but no matter how many times I email, I still can't get replacement codes.
are you sending your requests for pass codes to "replacecode@aol.com" That is where they should be going now. Also when I send in my requests I send a copy to myself, just to make sure the mail goes through. I am not sure about this but I don't think that Badgehelp@aol.com is a valid address for requesting codes anymore.

Hi, I didn't think that I was being rude in asking for help. My posts have not been demanding but factual. In my last post I noted that I won't be home til Thanksgiving and offered to send my emails at that time. The problem may well be that I have moved, and while I am still using the same email, it could be sending out from the ISP. This is why I would like to have a moderator check on it for me. I have sent the requests to the replacecodes at AOL, and have copied the information from paypal as well. I understand that there is a lot of changes happening right now with the one programmer leaving. Hopefully, when I get back home this can be cleared up. I posted since I haven't been able to get anyone to return my emails, not to be nasty.

The only way to get your codes is to follow the instructions at the link I provided you with. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase it does not look good for you.

If you are having trouble sending emails I suggest you sign up for one of the free services as Muffin has suggested. I prefer Yahoo myself. ;)

Make sure your email is in plain text format and that you copy and pasted the details page from your paypal history.
Any kind of HTML etc will get your email deposited in the trash bin.

I recently purchased all the games, etc and for the first couple of weeks I've had no problem getting the codes to activate the cheats. But I've been trying for 4 straight days to get my codes for Solitaire and Star Sweeper. I can't even get a reply from replacecode@aol.com. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm send an e-mail to the address above, giving them my code that is on the cheat, and telling them I'm a 150 guy. Is there anything else I need to do?

Did you send them a copy of your receipt?
Also if you got them with PayPal, I think you have to use the same email you used when you bought them, thats how they recognize the 150 buyers. I'm sure you'll get them soon. Good luck! :)
And a extra note....when you send the receipt do not attach it or it will go in the trash bin. Make sure you forward the receipt. Also I bought StarSweeper and have not received my password yet, but I know the Staff is working hard to get out every password to everyone that has bought the auto.
Hmm, I didn't know it had to be in plain text. Is this something new? All of my emails go out in html and I haven't had a problem getting passwords.

Oscar I think everyone deserves a day off and I wish you had a back up person who could do all your emails for you to take off a special day or week. You are the best when it comes to getting the codes and you were always right there for me when I needed my passwords.

Plain text is the recommended method of email because if the receiver is only setup to accept email in plain text format it will trash anything that becomes an attachment. Many forms of HTML etc convert into attachments when the recipient is not setup to receive email in that format. This includes smilies stationary or any kind of graphic.

But I did what The person said on the code e-mail said and they never e-mailed me back with the codes! They said in order to get my codes I needed to delete all my old auto and download the new so I did and now I need codes. Did you send to this addy ( replacecode@aol.com ) & include a copy of your receipts? Also I don't know how many new codes you need but I think its best to only get couple new codes at a time. Good luck & hope this helps. :)
yup that's where i sent it! and they told me not to send the recipt only to say that i was a 150 customer. But i have done sent it all again and we'll see were it goes from here.

Trust me, I have been 'waiting' for them to reply to one of my 6 emails to them for a little under 2 months now. So good luck waiting for those.

Using a different email address is not the way to go. The system is designed to recognize you based on the original email address you used to purchase the auto.
Hi, Had sent badgehelp an e-mail to let them know i put in the wrong code for the red baron cheater. I got the registration code but it was wrong since i put the wrong one in. I have had to reformat, get a new hard drive, get a new computer etc etc and each time I emailed for new codes I recieved them promtly, this last time within 30 minutes. I always read the instructions on how to go about getting new codes and I have never had a problem. The instructions are very clear. I feel the team here does a great job considering the amount of mail and transactions and postings they have to deal with. (not to mention the less than bright people they have to deal with as well) lol
As for saving receipts, you should save them (on puter, print them out too) as you would any other reciept you might need in the future. Problems occur with computers and it's best to be prepared.

My PC crash A few weeks back had to reinstall windows xp lost all my autos I had
to redownload all my autos about 40 of them I had no problam getting new code
I did A few at A time sent new registration code with my receipt to Replacecode@aol.com they sent me my new code right away
Unfortunately in my situation they did not act in a quick manner as everyone else is saying. I still had all my original receipts and I fwd it to them 4 times with no response. I followed all the rules as stated. It's not that difficult. Over a 2 month period I received no responses. I pretty much thought they had just run off with my money. Then I came on here to see if I could get someones attention. After enough bad publicity, im sure, they finally replied to one of my many emails to them. Still, it took them far too long to reply. It makes me doubtful on whether or not I will buy an auto from them again. I shouldn't have to email people more than twice to try and force an answer out. Lord knows if I even would have received a response if it hadn't been for me posting on these boards!
