I just have to say, OMG i bought all of the badge albums for the prem. badges. and everytime i went into a room to play a game i got a rude comment. I heard "must be nice to be able to buy those", i also heard "gee arent you lucky"
also heard " you must be stupid to buy those badges". also heard "you look stupid displaying the new badges next to your name". !! Whats wrong with people it makes me feel embarrased to have them, why are people so mad i bought them?? I dont get it!! jealousy maybe..Was i dumb for buying them?? comments anyone

they just jealous you have somehting they can't get.  So I say bah humbug to them and display those badges!

We are all buying premium badge albums,But their really not ours. If we do not renew our club pogo we will lose all access to them.
It says it in the I accept(the terms) part before we buy it. So next year they can go up on club pogo and then what will we do?
I don't get it either...The price we pay for fun,uh :)

I do not think you are silly, or stupid for getting them.  I am going to get them today when I can use my mom's credit card.  Some people are just very upset about Pogo charging for extra badges.  They are optional, and just because you have them some people are jealous.  Display them proudly girl and ignore the ignorance.   :)

I can understand how ppl are upset for chargeing for badges, but however they shouldn't get into much of a hissy.  Its not pogo is chargeing us extra for our normal weekly badges.

same thing happen to me i just told them don't get mad casue u broke and cann't afford them that shot them up

i paid for all 3 albumand have compeleted 2 already

wow, I have all 3 books.  Haven't even finished one yet.  but have completed several of the badges.  you all must not have much of a life outside pogo..lol

I can remember when POGO first started the Club and we had to pay membership dues. People complained then and said that they didn't need any stinking badges. I held out for a while too. But then I saw the cool badges and I decided to suck up and pay the membership fee. I've not regretted it. Now with the premium badges I thought to myself, I don't need no stinking badges . . . ya right . . . I'm not making that mistake again . . . I bought and finished the first premium album and have started on the second one. But you know what I'd really like --- A POGO COFFEE MUG . . . instead of a wallpaper or a screensaver!

Display the badges proudly. They are not easy to get and as for those complainers ask them why they pay membership dues to begin with.

Jumping down off soap box now . . . passing it on to the next person . . .

well I will be buying them after I get all of my badges done.  I did not join club pogo untill about a year and 1/2 ago, but glad I did now. If you want to buy the badges, get them!  O0  Tell the broke people to get a job.   >:D  lol 

I can't believe people would say stuff about you purchasing the premo badges. I say pure "JEALOUSY", all the way! That is dumb, if you want to pay for them with your own money and, NOT THEIRS, then why should they have a problem with it. Gosh they sound just like kids, or worse.
I haven't bought mine yet, just seeing if everyone  is enjoying theirs. I am also confused a little, does the $6.99 mean you purchase all 3? Or is that just a different game with more badges to offer? Kinda confused there. If that is the case, that is cheap. Why would anyone complain. People spend more then that to get their cigarettes or drinks or whatever it is they have to have. You know it?

its 14.97 for all three.  2.99 for the easy one, 4.99 for the meduim one and 6.99 for the hard one.

oh ok ty, I didn't think that soundes right. Ha ha! I guess I didn't read far enough. Thank you. Still sounds cheap to me, I will be there to purchase. Better go read better too.  ;D

I felt weird buying the badges .. cuz I swore I wouldnt - And saw people going on and on about pogo charging for them. But what the hell .. pogo offers mobile badges you have to pay for.. and I didnt see people raggin on someone with those. So to everyone who complains they can ... they can ... Have a Christmas Cookie    ???

I'm happy that I bought the new badge albums.  When someone tells you something rude about them ask how much they spend in restaurants and bars and have nothing to show for it!

I say if you choose to buy them then good for you.  I would like to but being Christmas time, having 5 kids and hubby looking for a job it isn't really an option.  Perhaps theres others like me out the that are taking the other approach to the purchasing of these premium badges, and not being so nice.  If you got the money...Go for it! Thanks everyone for your input i appreciate all of the comments. I really dont get people on pogo, i mean really they act like kids. my 11 year old acts older than people in the 30's room!! My feeling is, when people start paying for what I buy then tell me about it!  It is none of their business what anyone does with their money.  Jelousousy gets no one anywhere.  So good luck everyone and display them proudly!  I was lucky enough to have a freind buy one of them for me for a Christmas gift, which I thought was very nice of them and I am going to buy the rest tonight as soon as I finish doing challenges for the week.

I bought all three badge albums, i had just finnished getting the lottso badge. and went to mahjong, and the people there that asked me about them were really nice, i had no problem with them. One of them wasn't sure if she would get them or not, I told her i got them because i will never get the mobile ones, so i figured why not, and did lol

for xmas pogo should give us all a free premuim book thingy

I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for that. :P

They're jealous because they can't afford them or their mommies won't let them use her credit card to get them. I had the same comments thrown at me. I merely reply that they shouldn't be putting us down for buying them just because they have poor credit and can't get a credit card >:D. Build a bridge and get over it already. I swear, peep have nothing better to do than to piss and moan about every little thing.

Im glad its not just me getting rude comments, but i agree with you thats all people on pogo do is piss and moan. complain complain complain  :o

I am as poor as chit and I still bought the first album for 2.99.  I have one more badge and I'll be finished with it. When I have an extra five bucks later this week I'll get the next.  That is my choice.  LOL I spend that a day as I am a smoker.  But if someone was rude enough like that to me they definitely would be given a piece of my mind, it's my money and if I want to spend a it to do more badges I will, don't knock me cause you can't afford/don't want to buy them, that's your business, so shut up!! That would be my "clean" way of telling them off. they probably wouldn't respond after that. Just as me getting even poorer to buy them is my business. LOL ;D

I bought all the books but only have won two badges so far. I figure I will save these challenges for all the super cold, boring days ahead of me (and I'm vowing to not use an auto on them, either). I'm not displaying mine as my favorites cause I don't want any grief. All the rooms I've been in, people are just going on and on about how dumb it is to buy them. I have to turn chat off so I don't start telling them they are dumb for calling others dumb. The whole point of Club Pogo is that you can play challenges to win badges...if they wanna throw more of each our way, why is that so dumb? I seriously thought it was a great idea since yeah it's winte and there's jack to do outside of the house. I guess they might be jealous but what a silly thing to be jealous about. The whole deal costs $14, it's not like anyone is parading around in mink coats and diamonds for goodness sakes.

Don't worry about what a bunch of strangers on Pogo think of you and your paid for badges, it's nobody's business but your own.  Those who say it's "dumb" to pay for them are just jealous and eventually they will end up getting them themselves, a bit like the whole concept of Club Pogo itself a few years ago :)  So pick a fave badge and wear it with pride, even if it is a premium badge O0

My mini has a fur coat, and she wears it with pride ;)
some of those poor complaining sucker won't even take their mini's to the mall  ;D

I saw someone with a premium badge as their favorite.....and it didn't look any different than a regular badge lol...the only way I knew it was a preium badge is because I looked at their profile to see if it was a badge I could work to get because it was kinda cool lookin..........wear your badges with pride lol

I bought all three premium badge folders - but I will take my time getting them -
especially those difficult ones !  ( I too, am determined to try these with no autos- just to get my money's worth )
I completed 2 of the easy ones - and have one of them as my favorite --
but I can't imaging what rooms you guys are in where people comment on badges-
I have never been in a room where any one even talked about much of anything,  let along commented on badges ---
If anyone did say anything to me - I would just say it was an Xmas presesnt to myself --

Any one having problems with pogo resetting you to 0(zero) after you have completed a premium challenge?
I signed in tonight and only had one that I was working on.  An hour later, the home page shows that I have two others chosen and says that I haven't even started them.  They were completed yesterday.  >:D  I have the badges to show for it.
One of the darn things I did twice before I realized what was going on.
I'd complan, but I hate their help section.  Most of the stuff that ticks me off enough to complain has no where to address it.  So you have to just pick a game, and then write in your question that has nothing to do with the game at all.

I was wondering about the progress resetting too.  So we shouldn't bother about having to do them over?

I gave up worring about the progress on the home page.  But tonight I finished a poppit one and when the badge window popped up, internet explorer wouldn't let me view the new badge.
I had this problem a few days ago, and I finally got it corrected. ( I don't know how tho)
The error message was kind of like when you have a pop up blocker on, it was at the top of the page and said something about my secrity settings and activeX.
I went into the options for secrity but don't know what to change to allow me view the badges. 
I haven't changed anything so I don't know why I got that message tonight in the middle of a pop session.  I had just looke at the badges then went to play poppit.

Macromedia Flash is what I needed!  So if you can't view the premium badges go get an update for your flash.
I don't know why mine keeps disappearing, but that was the problem.

So far no one has said anything positive or negative to me about the badges.  I never said anything to anyone about the mobile badges either - good for them if they have the correct mobile phone. (they are cute badges though - waaaaaaaa).

There are been so many helpful people here - maybe people who can afford it can pick a pogocheats buddy who doesn't have any of the premium books and spring one on them....you know, one of those "random acts of kindness" things.

I had my Canasta badge reset after having earned it. I went and re-did it and yes, it gives you the 2X in your album. Just a pogo glitch but that doesn't surprise me.
