I have yet to be able to log on poppit to upload tokens..and i finally received response from pogo today. Here it is.

We have just found out some new information about your issue. Due to a glitch on our end the V3 phone will not be able to login at this time. We hope to fix this on our end as soon as possible, but you might not see it fixed until next week. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
When it is working you should just be able to go to this login screen and login normally.

Yep there was a wait period for all the games for me. I just played a few hands each day, until they started uploading correctly.
