sign in to pogo then click on help and click on ask a questions and pray you get a live person to answer your question.
A live person? as apposed to what, a dead one? lol j/k ;D I thought any response from pogo was usually generic or automated and the reply usually doesn't have a lot to do with what you asked them in the first place. In the past when I've asked them something that's usually been the case, unless things have changed there :-\
Call them..my daughter did and really got a live person that helped her.. O0
good luck getting ahold of them via email. all you get is a genric response that has nothing to do with what your asking, of it is, its a totally lame answer.
