Post by: anon720 on January 07, 2006, 04:30:09 PM
i purchased it.. registered it..worked fine ...

now , i thinki had downloaded it twice.. accidentally ran the first one that wasnt regged? and now the one i regged doesnt show up as being regged.. actually none of them do. i sent the reciept and email explaining everything and all.. along with the newest code it was giving me.. and then a second cuz it was giving me another, DIFF code the next time i ran it.. and now ive realized it seems to be giving me a diff  code every single time i run it.. i dont know what the hecks going on.. but..

what should i do?????????

and will i still be eligible to get a replacement code?? or am i ........outta luck???

when you send a code in keep the auto open until they give you the code because every time you close it and then open it it will generate a diffrent code.Hope this helps O0

Before you send your next code request open the auto and leave it open until you get your password back.(Use this registration code) If your not familiar with the request process read the instructions at http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.html

If your computer reboots on it's own you might want to scan it for viruses and spyware. That's not a good sign. :o
