Want to be sure pogo is not longer monitoring our forums.
We made up a new TOS (and sent a copy to pogo.com) and just waiting for them to make a mistake. We are monitoring all suspected pogo/ea reps accounts to see if they login after the date i sent the new TOS to them.
Incase you missed it, this is what we added:
All employees, officers and directors of pogo.com, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, and their immediate families (such as spouse, children, siblings, parents or grandparents) and co-habitants of these persons, are are not to visit this site, join this group or monitor this forum in anyway, shape, or form.
If they do login, were taking up this matter with the EA head office this time, with logs and ip addresses and hopefully people will start losing their jobs.

We are not trying to get rid of Pogo. ::)
We are trying to stop them from spying on us, and openly viloating our TOS.
