1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6.) What Java you are using?
What kinda problem are you having?

Sherlock isn't working for me either. None of the Jigsaw autos have worked for me, I'm not sure why, there must be some setting that I am missing or something, or else it's the dreaded USER ERROR syndrome, LOL.
I'm posting my specs in the hope that someone will see something that I have missed, thanks all....

     1. Running XP with default blue
     2. Have tried Internet Explorer, AOL, Mozilla, with different Javas (Sun and MS VM) for each browser
     3. Color setting is 32 bit
     4. Screen resolution is 1024x768
     5. Smooth fonts is checked
     6. I updated Sun Java to the latest version
     7. 512 MB memory
What happens is the game opens and the auto starts running. It immediately pulls down the drawer    (without solving the first screen) and just keeps moving pieces around without the pieces clicking into place. All of my other autos work perfectly, except for this one. Which is a pretty darned good track record, LOL.

Yipppeeee!!!
Thank you CountryLady and Pogohatesme! I changed the font setting and it worked using AOL and MS VM. What happened:
I changed the font setting and then rebooted. Got the Jigsaw game up and then started the auto.
At first, it didn't look like it was doing anything, it was just clicking, I thought.
All of a sudden, it pops up saying, processing piece 60, 70, etc.
Then it says tallying.
Then it says solution found, all pieces read.
THEN, it actually solves the puzzle! Well, almost solved. My trial ran out, LOL.
I emailed replacecode@aol.com, and am expecting my usual fast response with my code.

Thank you so much!!!! I am so effing happy I could ****.
