i know i have seen how to do them in other threads but i dont feel like looking for how to do them...if someone can let me know that would be awesome

On the top set of buttons on your keyboard its on the right side. It should say PrtScn and under on the button of the button should say SysRQ

 Hit alt+prt scr and it will take a screen shot, then paste it in paint so you can modify it.
