i found this at 5am when i couldnt sleep
she has animated tuts made with psp9 but able to use for psp 8 and she supplies everything you need in 1 zip folder to make one and if you dont have time she also has made a zip with all the directions in it for you to do when you are able

Here's where I've gotten several of mine. I didn't notice at first but many of the artists have more than 1 page of tubes. You have to let the page load completely to see the links at the top of the first page to the other pages.

cool the first link i clicked on only allow you to use like 4 things you have to buy it to make them all functional the second one the geosites one says unable to access

via "export"
Go to "File"
Then scroll down to "Export"
Go to "Picture Tube"
Name the tube and ...etc
If you need a visual... I will upload images of directions.

If you find a pre-made tube you like, save it to your Picture Tube folder. Should be somewhere like this C:/Program Files/Jasc Software Inc/Paint Shop Pro X/Picture Tubes or C:/Documents/Owner/PSP Files/Picture Tubes
