Easy and Elegant Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin OR top round steak, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. margarine OR butter
2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 6 ounces)
6 green onions, sliced (about 3/4 cup)
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Beef Gravy
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup sour cream
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles (about 4 cups dry)


Directions

1. Slice beef into very thin strips.

2. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat half the margarine. Add beef in 2 batches and cook until browned, stirring often. Set beef aside.

3. Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining margarine. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until tender.

4. Add gravy and pepper. Heat through. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Return beef to pan and heat through. Serve over noodles.

TIP: To make slicing easier, freeze beef 1 hour.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 4



Easy Beef Pot Pie

Ingredients

1/2 pkg. (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crust (1 crust)
2 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 1/2 cups diced cooked beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed


Directions


1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bring pie crust to room temperature.

2. Arrange potatoes, vegetables and beef in 9" deep-dish pie plate or 1 1/2-qt. baking dish. Mix soup, water, Worchestershire and thyme. Pour over beef mixture.

3. Place pie crust over beef mixture. Flute edges. Cut slits in crust.

4. Bake 35 min. or until hot and crust is browned.
