Title: was: Food for 30 now: Pork Tenderloin
Post by: SouthPadreIsland on February 22, 2006, 05:53:26 PM
I have more than 30 people coming for my son's birthday this Saturday.  Does anyone know of a site that can help me figure out how much food, etc.  I will need - grilling hotdogs and hamburgers?  I can do dinner parties for 10, but this big I am truly unsure.  Thank you!

13 lb pork tenderloin
3 cloves garlic
olive oil
favorite spices IE: rosemary, thyme, parsley, chives almost anything

make a rub by adding 1/3 - 1/4 c olive oil, minced garlic and spices
Rub concotion over entire loin.
Bake @375 until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees
salt pepper to taste

Important to bake uncovered - let pork rest 10 mins after coming out of the oven
It will be the tenderest and juiciest tenderloin in the world!
