That "ghostly" one got me about a year ago...I was home alone, I was sitting in a dark room and I literally...literally...jumped so high I fell backwards out of my chair trying to get away from the screen! I don't think my heart beat normal for 2 days...
Then I forwarded it to my mom...and called her like 15 seconds later to tell her not to open it because I was afraid she would have a heart attack!
That would suck if you forwarded it to someone and they had a heart attack. I imagine it has probably happened to someone. :(
