To help you, we are going to need a little info...
1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6.) What Java you are using?
7.) What agent are you using?
8.) What version number is this agent?
9.) What specifically is the problem?

(and an agent is the cheat program....)

Did you purchase the Tumblebees auto?

We are aware the following game has problems:

SPADES:

The game has changed and now you need to delete your old spademaid...we are making a new one. If you had spademaid registered, this is a free upgrade for you.

BUMBLEJUMBLE:

It seems a lot of AOL people are having problems. I recommend using Internet Explorer. We are working on a fix for this, however it may not be done until Friday. Sorry about the delay.

Having same problem with tumble bees auto.  It finds the game window, but does nothing.  I don't use AOL.  The auto won't work in either IE or Firefox.  Here are my specs.

Windows XP Pro
Internet Explorer and Mozilla
32 bit
1024 X 768
Smooth edges unchecked
Java Sun
Bumble Jumble 1.5
Opens and finds game window (no error messages), but just sits there and doesn't click on any letters or anything.

I know the previous post says they're working on a fix, but wanted to make it known that I am having the same problem without using AOL.  Thanks all of you for all your help.

I can only get it to work on IE with MSVM

Last Call, your memory is the shortest I've ever seen. You do this everytime. Let me post this AGAIN for AOL members that love to use that crappy browser for everything.

Delete your temp files and cookies and then load up the page again

Are you trying to get to the tumble page with an AOL browser when I have told you not to repeatedly?

TumbleJumble does indeed kick butt but in a way that was unexpected.  I always played on "hard" difficulty level with the old auto. When I started out the day with the new one on hard today it didn't seem to know how to find 7 letter words so instead of finishing the game as it should have, it continued to play and collect tokens. I finally stopped it almost 2 hours into the first game with over 19.000 tokens in the pot. I then moved the difficulty level down to "2" and the auto worked great and got my badge in no time at all! :)) :)) :)) spb.gif

Even if peoples questions have been repeated, most of us cannot read every forum thread here...I think your replies were a bit unnerving and seem like its a hassle we even ask you for help. I have seen this more that once and have cringed with your reply.
Mellow out and answer our problems...after all we are the ones who are keeping those new shoes on your feet.

Not everyone is so computer savy as you are...we just want to have fun with your magic helpers.

Send them a copy of the auto you bought and send it with the code to oscar@badgehelp.com or badgehelp@aol.com.  I hope this helps you out.  Good Luck!!!  :)

Don't mean to step on toes here Bree...but s/he doesn't need to send a copy of the auto.Instead, send the code and a copy of the Paypal receipt, cut and pasted into the body of the message (don't send any attachments!).  Send this information from the same email account you use for your Paypal account to replacecode@aol.com.

In the future, when you purchase an auto, put the code in the "instructions for seller" box when you are paying for it through paypal!

Need more help?  Follow the instructions at this link: http://www.badgehelp.com/help.html

Good Luck and Happy Cheating!
