And you haven't had a reply yet? When did you send them, just recently? If so, give it time.
I feel customer service has gone down hill lately, myself sent in for a replacement code on friday an todate nothing heard, sure wish the site would go back to the way it used to be

There are times when email gets lost in cyberspace or delayed. Give it a little more time.
What makes you think you have been banned??. oscar is not that petty that he bans people for no reason.
It is wednesday it is badge day and everyone wants them, plus they are busy sorting out pogos messes.
Just be patient and oscar will get back to you when he can.
well i sent them in lasnt night about 2 am from my regular email account so i just wondered
Oscar answers most people within twenty four hours, most often than not a lot sooner it does say on the badgehelp board to allow twenty four hours,
I am sure you will be hearing from him soon.
If you got banned it was for a real good reason, I just don't ban because I don't like the name of your email

Okay .. Im sorry .. but that made me laugh - literally - out loud.
lol i didnt mean u did ban me i just meant that i have seen before that someone sent in a ton of emails and it had filtered it out i was just wondering if it happened to me as i sent 5 seperate receipts
should i try again because its been almost 2 days
uH I AM HAVIN THE SAME PROBLEM.WITH THIS SITE AND BEEN HAVIN THE SAME PROBLEMS FOR MONTHS ABOUT MY CODES.SO THIS WEEK(February 28th) I DECIDED TO EMAIL THEM AGAIN AND THIS TIME I GOT A RESPONSE BACK
AND THIS IS WHAT THE EMAIL TOLD ME TO DO
"please go to www.paypal.com and get your transaction numbers from your receipts"
THIS WAS LIKE FEBRUARY 28TH SO I WENT TO PAYPAL AND SENT THEM THE TRANSACTION NUMBERS TO NO AVAIL YET.
I haven't got codes in awhile, I am NOT complaining for I haven't sent any. But when I have in the past, If you follow their directions it was never a problem for me. Patience is a virtue!
I have an AOL account and usually get quite a bit of mail. I noticed that I had not gotten anything in several days and went and checked my spam folder. Lo and behold! Everything was in spam, including the stuff that wasnt't supposed to be there. Could be what happened to my e-mail that I sent a couple of days ago for a replacement code. Course then I noticed that the program itself had be replaced. May have to return to my rocking chair, cant run as fast as I used to, sigh ;)
i wasnt complaing i just asked a simple question, cause its no trouble to do it again, and my spam filters are off and badgehelp is accepted anyway, i just want you to know i wasnt complaining as i love badgehelp it was just a simple question
Are you using this addy? replacecode@aol.com
yes i got it from the badgehelp site under customer service

Ok, just checking and trying to help.
Hello all.
I'm grateful for all the hard work Oscar and crew do, but customer service is poor many of the times and very frustrating.

lol, this completely out of the blue and random comment was brought to you by the letter "L" and the number "7"
anytime I've gotten replacement codes its taken maybe 30 minutes at best. Longest ever wait was 5 hours and that was because I sent in the request for the replacement code at 2am.....got a response back by 7:30
Oscar, do other people use your name and e mail addy? If not, hun... go get some sleep and I will see to it the higher ups give you a better chair. I bet the one your sitting on is worn out cause I always see you online.

Oscar loves us, that's why he's here so much!!! 8)
Ok, I hear the "newbie" thing thrown around many times and in the past I've let it slide but I have a question regarding "newbies". Do we really consider them newbies when most likely than not, they've been to the forum as a guest many times before deciding to sign up and post comments? They might be a newbie in terms of posting but I'm sure a lot of us actually visited the board, read around for a while before saying "ok, I will join" and started posting? I don't know of any of use that heard about this place, signed up right away and started posting comments before reading anything.
This isn't an attack but something similar happened at work today where someone said "I'm new to..." and we've thought that they're not really new to it, just new participating and actually knew for a while of the "unspoken" rules
having the same problem , no problem taking the money in sec ,hire more people

What are you replying to? Are we just typing random comments over the board now?
I love Oscar. Have never had a problem with replacement codes as long as I sent a copy of the pay pal receipt and sent the new code to get my replacement code. I think badgehelp does a fantastic job spb.gif
Pat
I purchased a new auto this week (badge day) :o, I usually try to avoid doing that because I know how busy BH is on Wed.
I had my activation code in less that 30 min.
I put the registration code in the message to sender, always. When the paypal transaction was completed, I was redirected to the BH page to enter the registration code again. Shortly the activation code was in my email. I really didn't expect to see it until late Thur.
Thanks guy!
:)
But, there's something better than that. There is an entire webpage on GH for automatic registration code/ password supplied in seconds.
It gives me a passcode day or night instantly. ( sometimes helpers drop their registration codes or I update a version and it doesn't carry over).
Have you tried it? I love it!! :)
Best thing since green beer spb.gif
I was refering to a newly purchased auto. But thanks for the tip, I haven't see that page yet, going to go check it out.

Well if it is there I didn't find it. I found the page with the email address and instructions for replacing codes, it tells me to send paypal stuff and gives the email.
Are you talking about the $150. members? I have spend way over that but since I have buying them singly I don't qualify. I have to do it the old fashioned way :))

This is so true Saint, because at one time we were all "newbies" and I am sure we posted some weird posts. But when someone asks for help on here we should respect that person with the same respect you would want them to respect you.
I do have to agree that Oscar is a hard working man and gets his job done in no time at all. So please wait for your replay email, because no matter what he always gets back to you. Good Job Oscar!!!! :D :D
I know Oscar loves us. He knows we love him to. I will pitch in for his new office stuff.
Love ya Oscar baby !!!!

Oh gosh, I guess it is for the 150 thing.
I am sorry, I didn't realize that until now. Please forgive me, all. No harm meant.
BTW, hubby bought about 20 of the autos before we bought the 150 package, so I know how it goes, LOL.
Been there too.
My best to ALL.
Just a friendly reminder .. please refrain from changing the "Subject:" line in the middle of the topic.
It makes it very difficult for users to find the post. Thanks! :)

(https://www.pogocheats.net/proxy/?http://www.smileycons.com/img/cloud/cloudiecomputer.gif)I get accused of being a newbie a lot, I just don't post much. I have much respect for the team, and have very few problems ( usually of my own making). I am going back to resubmit my spade maid request as I believe the maid got lost on the internet freeway. Y'all have fun, now.

If you look at my post before the last one I just wrote I did defend the newbies. We were all newbies at one time, but that does not make it right for any of us to be ugly and rude to each other.
yea i read urs
my disses was not directed towards u
eventho i dont think i was being rude to anybody here
All right everyone step away from the ledge. :P
The best way to get your codes is to follow the instructions at http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.html
Your email should be plain text and all info copy and pasted. Emails with attachments are rejected. This means no images, stationary or smilies should be in the email because they convert into attachments for people who only accept plain text email.

dear everybody followed those directions
would it help for me to copy and paste all of my emails here in this forum that i have sent to this replacecode email thingy
it really appears that we are all goin around in circles.
How do you know EVERYONE followed the instructions? You can only speak for yourself.
No you should not post the info in the forum. You may be exposing personal info unknowingly.
BH may be backlogged with emails. If you don't hear from them today I suggest you send an email again tomorrow.
