Does anyone know how long it takes to get new codes to register the cheats?

anywhere from 2 mins to 24 hours :)

Did you copy and paste your receipt in the body of your e-mail request?

Follow the instructions at http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.html

There should be no attachments of any kind. It must be a plain text email. That means no stationary, images, smilies etc. These things turn into attachments and wind up in the BH trash can.

If you are a 150 club member email Oscar at badgehelp@aol.com for your 150 club auto registration link. Don't forget to copy and paste your receipt. ;)

did all that, but still nothing! Just re-sent it. Sure hope they come soon.
