We used to argue with our bartender over this issue every year.

In Spring he would make last call at 1am and we would refuse to leave. In fall he would make last call at 2am and we would refuse to leave because it really is 1am again. :P

I LOVE it when the time springs forward!   I'm on the border of the Atlantic time zone, so it gets dark here at about 5:30 in December and January.  It's getting dark about 6:45ish now.

I used to love it when I lived in Tennessee... Where I lived it was almost in the Central time zone, so during them summer, it didn't get dark until about 9:30-10:00.

Thanks for the reminder, Homer.  Me so happy!  :D :D :D

I wish I could remember where I read it but I think eventually Indiana will be right along with the rest of the US on the DST.

If people didn't talk about me behind my back and laugh, then I have NOT been doing my job.  And, I love maps.  I like to study them and I was recently studying a time zone map and noticed the time zone thingies.  I just have a plethora of useless knowledge.  :P
