With the price of gas these days, I thought I'd pass along this link. You can enter your zip code and it will list the stations along with the current price.

Thank You very much for the link. :)
Thank you very much. I just added the link to my favorites. I do a LOT of driving for work and this will come in very handy. ;::

What makes this so bad is the fact that I *could* have filled up last tuesday for 2.699 but I was to tired to. (yes I know, my fault) Now I have to go to Little Rock to the VA on Wednesday and the gas down there is only 2.699 when I called today. THAT Makes me sick. However, I did not have to pay over 3 dollars yet.
You guys have it good down there. $1.17 Canadian / litre here for the cheap stuff.
4 litres to the gallon so ...
4 x 1.17 = $4.68 can / gallon.
4.68 CAD = 4.12 USD / gallon :o

Ouch. Mental note <Dont fill up when going to Windsor>
Wow. This might be one of those rare times I'm happy to not live up in Canada!
sorry, I know you pay more in Canada and England, but there is no sence at all for us to be paying as much as we are now paying here in the US for gas. I have a brother -out (in)- law that is an off shore driller in Africa and he told me a few weeks ago that we have not seen anything yet, told me to wait untill the end of summer if I wanted to see some high prices. Sad hu?

OMG, who picture would I have up instead of Pickles? How much would I make fun of Elliott? I need to check out CI's site right now!
Everyone here watches American Idol .. a lot more entertaining :)
Canadian Idol isn't showing yet, they're still in the interview process... guess I'll have to keep rooting for Pickles! :;" (don't ask why I picked this smiley... I just did but it's a million times better than a guy using -> :-* as his closing smiley)

Congress needs to step in and put a stop to these high prices and all the gouging going on. They also need to start looking towards an alternative fuel like other countries are developing. Gas here is $2.89 for the cheap crap. >:(
thanks for link they're saying by july gas be $5 dollars or more a gal :'(
1.07 to 1.10 a liter here in Winnipeg, Canada.......Mayhem already did the conversion so you know ours is a bit cheaper. I drive a big gas hog 4 wheel drive Ford and i filled up on the way home from work last night......$83 later >:(
PS: AI is always a better show than Canadian Idol, but then all US shows are better than the Canadian ones, lol
Useful trivia for you.
1999: Oil companies made 22.4 cents per gallon profit.
2005: Oil companies make 99 cents per gallon profit.
In relative terms, I paid $2.95 gallon yesterday. IF those greedy bastards weren't such greedy bastards, I would have only paid $2.19 gallon.
Gee, I guess it pays to have a buddy in the big boy seat in the white house.

Hmmmm lowest for my area is $3.16 a gallon, highest is $3.26 a gallon.
I filled up Friday at $3.17 a gallon........ cost me 'bout $32.
If it gets up to $4.00/gal, I'm gonna start walking to work.
I paid $2.76 Friday. :o Only because every Friday these 2 stations have a gas price war between them.

And I remember when everyone was complaining $2.76 was too high.
:))
Lucky you Tara :)
It's crazy. Gas went up because of the damage done from Hurricane Katrina. That damage has been fixed concerning the oil rigs. Gas should of went back to regular prices. It will never go back now. I'm with Lib, I want a hybird. Screw lining the oil peoples pockets. >:D

It's seriously ridiculous.
I work at a car dealership, and our business has been horrible for the past two years. (we sell jeeps and chryslers.) obviously we aren't the only dealership that's hurting....
i don't know... it'd be nice to get a hybrid.

I think that we will be paying at least 3.09 by the first of the year and glad to get it at that price. I dont see the price ever going back down. I was so shocked last week when I was able to get it at 2.77

Since we'll probably be buying a car at the same time, we should do research and compare notes. I have a friend who has a Prius. She drives about 25 miles a day and spends only $50 a month in gas. I'm spending about that much every week.
