If it's the "pound" sign, try pressing the number 1 until you get to it. Same with zero.

i have a question as to when these games will be available to virgin mobile phones
Anyone know if you can play mobile and online at the same time? I know there are some games you can play on a 2nd puter (like the popcap games) without affecting the 1st. (You know, the one that you can't keep Uncle Otto away from..) ;)
I play pogo online and on mobile at the same time with no problems.
