No matter what I check or uncheck either will work for me on any setting--I got so fed up in April, I traded my mom a game (she do my jig, I would do an old dominoes), any suggestions on how I can make this experience alittle less hair pulling? ???

If you're talking about doing it manually, find a puzzle that you can get done really quick and then just keep doing the same puzzle over and over and over.....lol. It gets boring but it can go very quick.  :P

They updated the Sherlock one a few days ago but I couldn't get it that one to work either. It didn't even do 6 pieces on any browser or with any other way I have tried.

Did the older version work for you or you were never able to get any one working? I don't have it because I find the puzzles pretty easy to do but there are some that it works really well for....and then some who it won't work for at all.   >:D

The next to last version of Jigsaw Detector finished my May game in less than an hour on May 1. I hope Pogo never takes a hard look at my JD badges or my Word Jong badges!! :))

I have Sherlock too, and have never ever been able to get this latest version to do a darned thing. It throws puzzle pieces all over the screen, leaves them on the pull down board, just a total mess.

Jigsaw Detector 6 ROCKS!!!
I'm learning to listen to Homer , who said, If it isn't broken, don't fix it.

I have tried every variation of Sherlock and it does not work, I've tried it on Firefox and IE and all the differant speeds.  Taken all the advice on the forums etc.

I've finally had to admit defeat and downloaded JigsawDetector and it works (only on slow speed but it works)

Is it possible to swap these over.  I am a 150 member.

Isn't JD on your 150 club page?

If not email your receipt and code to BadgeHelp

Not necessarily. replacecode@aol.com is the preferred addy for replacement codes but if they need their 150 page link it may be best to use badgehelp@aol.com

Thanks for all your suggestions.  No its not on my 150 badge or not any more.  I think it may have been a choice between the code for Sherlock or the code for JD but you can't have both.  Its the same for a few of the badge helpers.

Email your 150 receipt and registration code and see if they will let you switch. Send it to replacecode@aol.com
