Ingredients

* You don't have to use low carb tortillas..but I know you already knew that ;)
Cut your chicken up in small pieces and put in a sprayed skillet. Cook till the chicken turns white.

Add 1 can of Rotel Mexican Style. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until all the liquid is gone.

I do 2 tortillas at one time like this... Put your chicken mixture on then your cheese and fold them in half. Oh yea turn the stove on :) Sorry Hippo I don't like this without cheese.

I smash them down with the spatula while I cook them . Cook them till there pretty like mine and turn them over and do the same thing.

I'm spoiled with my Incredimail. Just click insert picture, pick my picture and poof it's there. Here you have to upload each of them and then copy the addy and paste. Takes a while to do.

How fast you can insert pictures with it where here it takes you alot of time to put all them in here on the forum.
