More info is required.

1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6.) What Java you are using?
7.) What agent are you using?
8.) What version number is this agent?
9.) What specifically is the problem?

Have you tried another browser like FireFox?

If you don't have it you can get it at http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

That's probably it. If you want to use it in IE you will likely have to switch back to IE6. ;)

I have read the the helpers won't work with IE 7 beta.  I also read some time ago, in the IE news groups, that once you install the beta, you can not go back to IE6.  This may have changed in the last few weeks since I haven't read that news group in awhile.

You can revert back to IE6 from IE7, I just did 2 days ago. It shows up in your add/remove programs. Uninstall, reboot, and IE6 is restored. Whether it couldn't be removed before, I have no idea, but it works now.

Thats good news.  What I had read was that even though you removed it, some files were altered and stayed that way, making parts of IE6 not work correctly.
