I swear he keeps changing what he does. :))
Ditch the browser. Use either IE or Firefox
Other than that you'll need to answer more of the questions.
can anyone help me or should I just leave so you all can talk?

I would try switching java. Under tools, hit internet options, then advanced tab. Scroll down till you see a box that says "sun" and uncheck it if it's checked, check it if it's unchecked. Then try it. Sometimes, not always, it works for me. O0

The agent is the auto program you're using.
Also, If you're using the new version of IE, that can cause problems, too.
Hmmmmm... Do you have SunJava? If not, I'd go download it and try using that. Some Pogo games like Sun, others don't.
I'm sorry i just don't understand
by auto program do you mean Yahoo?
I need to know the answers to the questions from my original post which I am reposting below.
1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6.) What Java you are using?
7.) What agent are you using?
8.) What version number is this agent?
9.) What specifically is the problem?
The answers to these questions determine whether the auto will work for you or if your settings need to be changed.
No Yahoo is not an auto. If you are using a Yahoo browser lose it. Try Firefox as your browser.
I am using windows XP I am using sun JavA I am using IE as my explorer, my settings have been set to everything that was asked.. IE colors off screen saver and corners. I don't know how to get rid of Yahoo toolbar
I am still not sure what the agent is

What game are you using the auto ( agent ) for? There should be a number telling you on the auto ( agent) when you open it up.
Lottso it doesn't tell me a number
Does it look like this? You see at the top the version is 1.4? Whats your version?
